Enough

INTRO:
In a cold night, a woman goes home after work.
Her name is Metanoïa.
She seems like she's wandering in the streets
looking at everything around her with some kind of sadness
She sighs deeply, her long hairs hiding her tired eyes.
She pulls out her phone ... No message, no call ... Nothing.
As it deepen the weight of her heart, her legs stop.
Breathing becomes hard, as her chest feels painful, weighted by her sorrow.
A voice screams behind her, ordering her to move out the way, as she's blocking the access to the train station
Metanoïa turns around, boiling inside ...
VERSE I:
You inconsiderate shit!
Can't you see my heart is writhing in pain, I need some help!
But instead, you're selfishly obsessed with your well being
All you narcissistic pigs restricts me in anxiety
And I live in a world of torment because of you!
VERSE II:
I could be kind, but they're all so disrespectful and malevolent
What hand can I extend to those who steal for themselves?
I could be great, but they're all dragging me down in mediocrity
They deserve no more than my disgust but the pain is driving me mad
I've had enough!
Nooo!!!
OUTRO:
Returned home, the exhausted woman falls in a chair, in a corner of her living room
A wish to disappear haunting her mind.
At this very moment, she notice a strange gate, shining with a familiar yet frightening light
Despite her fear, she gets closer. It seems to lead to nowhere: If she goes on, she will fall into what seems to be an endless dark abyss.
Pushed by her despair, she throw herself into the black unknown.
She begins to see circles ... Surrounding her in her fall ...

The Demonic Trial
05:04
|
|||
Welcome to your trial!
VERSE I:
Sweetheart, don't you find it strange to be the center of suffering?
Never the only one, always the most important
Whatever the reasons, you're never the one to blame
Isn't your life a failure?
What did you achieve that truly mattered?
Let me tell you one thing, my dear,
You're a worthless coward who's about to awake
CHORUS:
You can try to catch the falling parts of your mask
We'll be laughing as you face the mirror, watching the horror
You can hide behind all your pitiful excuses
Stucked between shame and deny, you'll stay captive of your own sins
VERSE II Part I:
Let's unveil the truth behind your lamentations
You claim to be a martyr, when did you volunteered?
Nourishing your ego through your whims, you take pleasure and pride
You blame others for the things you can't bring to yourself
VERSE II Part II:
Let shame consume you!
I condemn you to your decline!
OUTRO:
Metanoïa falls on her knees, her wet eyes almost blank
She feels as if freed from a prison to get thrown into an even smaller one
As she starts curling up herself, the demons start dancing around her...

Throne

|
|||
VERSE I Part I
My shelter has crumbled away
Now only remains my ruins
Facing the weak parasite I have been
This instant is looping
And the future has fade out
Is my disgust blinding me?
There's a burden crushing me
VERSE I Part II
Where can I find the strength to stand?
Am I even worthy to go on?
Is there a judge above me?
I think I'll just build my rescue
CHORUS
Swaying between black and white
Life goes on and on
Remember that the game end when there's
No more players in
Every second is a choice to make
Every mistake is a chance to rise
I face, I decide and I
Take my throne back
TRANSITION
The demons thought what was shrouding her was a prison. It was in truth a chrysalis
VERSE II
Overwhelmed by darkness
My perception is threatened
Despite my fears, despite my shame,
I decide to believe
I'm done being my anxiety's little bitch
I understood what matters
I now refuse what prevents me to
Embrace myself
VERSE III
Some may say, I'm a little too hasty
I'm sorry pal, I've wasted enough, I won't hold back
I take back what was mine from the start
You'll come again, but you'll never be my last fight

VERSE I
So the time has come for you to meet me, sweet mortal
I see that you overcame your ordeals and pain taught you a lot
As a deity, I shall show you the secrets of your kind
You were one of its biggest victims, and now, you may are its biggest threat
VERSE II
Humans, as children of life, are capable of way more than they think
Reality can be shaped through your will. Even thoughts can be effective
Free your perception from its isolation, your mind would thank you
You need to gaze at existence from a celestial view. Now watch
OUTRO
As Metanoïa discovers a new type of wisdom, that unlocks what can be seen as her true power, her true identity.
Her body begins to shine, eyes blank, as it elevates in the air.
The god's room fades out to let reality appear, where Metanoïa finds herself at her place.
A new start is about to emerge.

INTRO
Arise from her slumber, Metanoïa rushes outside to discover an overwhelming shadow, tearing apart the red skies, covered of white chains, above all buildings. Their eyes meet as they face each others. This is where fate will be decided.
VERSE I PART I
Watch the avatar of misery! "Erebos"
I'm the one who gives birth to misfortune. "Erebos"
VERSE I PART II
Dear humans, stuffed with promises for a distorted bliss, you struggle
Your pain fuels me to fill you with fury
Dear humans, 'can't cry over your damnation, 'cause...
You gave me existence!
VERSE II
Can you feel this repugnance inside
Or are you too insincere to face it?
'Tastes good to hurt and denigrate
It feeds you and you'll ever need more
Delusion of hope!
Another grip before the next decline
Pretenders of love
Never enough, never to trust, never!
Selfish creatures, for flesh or mind,
You're fated to plunder everything
Truth accepted, you'll find rest in
Eternal apathy
CHORUS
This is the nature you deny
The deception you set up
You are rotten to the core
A part to balance infinity
You're bound to crawl
We're made to rise
Under the tragic moon
To the loving sun
VERSE III
I never meant to be dark, but I've been too weak to
Face my life, face the guilt
Nothing left to distract, and it all falls down
To this truth : Chance is now
You know our power to shape, that's why you want us to
Worship you, in oblivion
'nd I won't let the world suffocate in your despair
Bring it on!
CHORUS
VERSE IV
You describe a tomb you make us build
By narrowing our sight
Fate's a reaction to our carving
You are the scam
Even in the deepest parts of hell
We've got a way to smile
You feat we awake the joker within
And run wild
CHORUS

EPILOGUE
The beast now defeated, its shadow tears apart and breaks into thousands of shards, burning all white. Each one of those fragments of light goes its own way and comes back to the person it was ripped from.
The reign of Erebos has been stopped, but a threat still remains. After all, this evil only existed because people gave it power through thoughts and emotions. It could rise anew if fed human will. Despite this risk, Metanoïa has chosen to give back their energies to everyone. It now depends on everyone to keep the future bright and positive
